Position: Customer service- Billing Specialist (Temporary)

Location: Bolton

Pay Rate: $20.00- $25.00 per hour.

Schedule: Morning; (1- 2 months)

Monday to Friday; Starts ASAP

One of our clients is looking for a billing specialist in a construction related company, who pays attention to detail and keeps meticulous records. The billing specialist is responsible for issuing invoices to clients and keeping track of amounts owed by several clients to ensure that their account is paid on time and in full.

Job Duties:

· Performs material sale transactions (new and used fleet sale and rental conversion to sale)

· Follow up with the sales rep for billing information to ensure billing timeliness is being met.

· Enters credit memos through the workflow approval system.

· Performs engineering and freight billing and tracking of those transactions.

· Prepares monthly Customer Owned Credit calculations in Excel for next level review and approval.

Job Requirements:

· Prior experience as a billing specialist.

· Experience reading contracts.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Ability to solve problems quickly.

· Knowledge of Profield and J&E desirable; Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word software required.
