Inside Sales Representative
Location: Kingston, Ontario (In-Person)
One of client is seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to help expand their customer base through cold calling and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers across Canada.
Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
Build and maintain a pipeline of leads.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Manage an assigned customer portfolio and document interactions in CRM.
Dedicate one week per month for in-person meetings in Ontario and Quebec.
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and French.
2-3 years of inside sales or telemarketing experience.
Strong phone presence with the ability to handle rejection.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Interest in culinary arts is a plus.
