Position: General Labour
Location : Ottawa
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour (Evening) $19.75/hour (Night)
Schedule: Evening (4pm – 12:30am) & Night (12am – 8:30am)
Monday to Friday

One of our clients is seeking for General Labour, it includes, crucial role, working independently and performing various tasks to support our operations. If you have previous experience in manual labor positions and enjoy hands-on work, we want to hear from you!.

Responsibilities:
Utilizing a hot water pressure washer to wash empty drums and preparing them for shipment.
Operating an industrial shredder to shred waste materials such as paint cans, caulking tubes, and adhesives, while ensuring removal of any incompatible materials.
.Physically loading and unloading trailers and trucks, moving containers, and placing them on skids.
Safely operating hand tools and equipment, such as pallet jacks or skid loaders, to move and position containers.

Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred.
Physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Capability to work in various weather conditions.
Steel-toed work boots above the ankle and a high visibility vest are mandatory.
Education: high school or equivalent.
