Position: Heavy Haul Driver (AZ)
Location : Hamilton
Pay Rate: $25-$27 per hour
Hours/schedule/overtime: 60-70 hours, no overnight, all within Ontario
Monday to Friday.

One of our clients is seeking a Heavy Haul Driver (AZ) , who will be loaded at municipal wastewater treatment plants (Sludge Biosolids)and deliver the loads in Trout River Shuttle Floor trailers to various locations .

Responsibilities:
Loading unloading sludge biosolids in Trout River Shuttle Floor trailers and delivering it to various locations
Driving a truck to various locations and unloading the wastes
Clean truck after shift.
Clean truck before and after delivery
Perform pre-trip inspection on the truck prior to leaving the job site.
Perform post-trip inspection on the truck upon returning to the company vehicle.
Keep logs of usage for each day’s work.
Keep logs of maintenance for each day’s work.
Maintain a safe environment for the safety of the driver and other drivers on the road.
Keep the lane width at least two lanes wide while traveling.
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including but not limited to, driving laws, and driving rules, regulations, and policies.
Follow directions from supervisors when answering questions or performing duties as designated.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety policies and procedures.
Maintain equipment by following procedures for preventive maintenance: cleaning, inspecting, replacing parts, checking fuel levels, etc..

Qualifications:
Must have license(s): AZ, very heavy load (60+)
Drug Tests Needed: D+A
Road Test Needed
Additional Comments: 3 years of manual transmission experience
