Position: Landscape Maintenance Crew Leads
Location : Campbellville
Pay Rate: $25 to $30 per hour
Schedule: 8am to 4.30pm
Monday to Friday, weekend needed

Responsibilities:
Responsible for successful short-term (day-to-day) planning, efficient execution, and keeping operations managers aware of decisions being made.
Report vehicle defects, accidents, or damage to vehicles/equipment.
Report defective material and report those and any unusual situations to the Operations Manager.
Oversee the execution of the design, plan, and supervise the construction of landscapes, gardens etc.
Follow building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other ordinances
Able to perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning daily
Experience working with contractors and an awareness of the construction process.
Ability to drive a truck and trailer
Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb, bend, dig, etc.
Comply with all company policies and regulations

Requirements:
Must possess a valid G class driver’s license.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the landscape industry required.
Must Speak, read, and write English
Use of personal mobile devices for communication, time and project tracking.
Ability to work 12 hour days and drive trucks with enclosed trailers.
